Susan Burke has 20 years experience in the health care industry as an independent consultant specializing in strategic planning, operational and marketing issues, contract negotiation, and mediation. In her role as Senior Consultant at PivotHealth, Susan works with clients in a variety of areas, including those needs associated with both business and strategic planning. With her unique background in mediation processes, she can also provide skills to assist in conflict management issues within medical groups.

Relevant Experience

• Partner with Burke & Associates in Plano, Texas, where she provided a full range of management advisory services to the health care industry including health care systems, physician groups, home care providers and pharmaceutical and medical supplies companies.
   
• Served as Assistant Vice President, Strategic Planning for American Medical International in Beverly Hills, California, an acute care hospital and health services company. Burke was responsible for Government Affairs, including federal health policy initiatives and government contracting at the corporate level.
