Robert Fraschetti’s career includes more than 25 years as a health care executive in the non-profit, for-profit and public sectors. Bob brings a perspective and knowledge of how hospital and physician interests can be integrated that maximizes both the business results and professional relationships that are missing in many systems across the country.

Relevant Experience

• Served as President and CEO of St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, California, a non-profit, 359-bed tertiary care hospital. Fraschetti created and implemented strategies for new business development, physician integration, and managed care contracting. Under his leadership, St. Jude grew into one of Southern California’s most respected and technologically advanced faculties.
  
  
• President and CEO of St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare Foundation of Orange, California, where he was instrumental in developing a national model for integrating health in concert with the St. Jude Heritage medical Group. In doing so, he positioned St. Jude, Heritage and the St. Joseph Health System regional hospitals and medical group/affiliates to realize true interdependence, stability and long term viability.
