Tiffany Johnson is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects related to the provisioning of telephonic and web based patient and provider satisfaction surveys. She is also responsible for managing disenrollment surveys; as well as other related reports to physician groups and health systems.

Relevant Experience

• As an Administrative Intern for Cumberland Pediatrics, Johnson obtained grants totaling over a quarter of a million dollars, assisted the Director with pharmaceutical projects, reviewed Managed Care Contracts, and organized and compiled grant proposals and monitored their monetary status.
  
  
• Served as Laboratory Assistant with Western Kentucky University Health Services where she managed and updated over a 1000 patient’s EMR and information, audited and performed over a 100 laboratory procedures, completed confidential state and federal Health Reports, and assisted laboratory with staying within HIPPA guidelines.
