The core Practice Technologies Assessment is a two day process that includes a current status analysis and a gap analysis.  Deliverables are a summary of the current environment and go-forward strategy recommendation.   An optional, additional service is the creation of a technology roadmap and timeline.

 

2.       Vendor Selection

Vendor Selection services can include creation, coordination and review of the RFP process, coordination and participation in Practice Management and Electronic Health Record system demonstrations, and Infrastructure recommendations (network and hardware requirements).

3.       Project Management

Project Management can encompass many different aspects of practice technologies:
