RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Vice President of Employee Benefits for Hospital Corporation of America, where he managed all employee benefit plans, administered HCA’s retirement plans and executive perquisites, and implemented three defined contribution plans covering 20,000 employees.
     
  • Served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Renal Care Group, an organization that provides high-quality dialysis and nephrology services for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure.
     
    • Created the Human Resources Department, developed a Risk Management program, and led implementation of new benefit plans.
       
    • Led creation of Management Development Programs focused on frontline and mid-level managers which resulted in turnover reduction from 37% to 22% over the time span of the program.
