Callahan Mike Callahan has 26 years of experience in finance and healthcare management. He is a seasoned healthcare services professional with proven expertise in financial management, operations management, cost analysis, internal controls and business expansion. Callahan has demonstrated his ability to implement substantial financial management and business operations improvements, to directly improve profits. Callahan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Queens-Long Island Medical Group, a PivotHealth client.
 
 
 
 
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • As Chief Operations Officer with Consolidated Health Plans, Callahan directed daily insurance operations, including evaluating and building insurance plans, internal auditing, information technology and provider relations.
     
  • Served as Chief Financial Officer with Physician Practice Partners LLC, where he provided financial/operations leadership to the 65-physician practice group encompassing Managed Care Contracting, Business Office, Finance, Accounting and Management Information Systems.
     
  • Chief Financial Officer with Watson Clinic LLP, where Callahan directed Managed Care Contracting, Business Office, Finance, Accounting, Materials Management and Facilities Management.
