Alan Eppler comes to PivotHealth with an array of healthcare experience. He has more than 20 years of knowledge as an executive with extensive practice in Managed Care, Physician Practice Management and Hospital Administration. He has led multiple projects in negotiation and development in all areas of healthcare consulting/administration. In addition, he has authored the Healthcare Capitation and Risk Contracting Manual.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Served as Principal for Harris Consulting, where he provided leadership for hospitals, physician groups, and payers through the analytical development of their networks and business.
   
• Helped resolve major contractual disputes for claims in excess of $200 million as a Director/Consultant for PacifiCare of California.
   
• As Vice President of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Eppler helped advance managed care participation and network development. He also served as Executive Director of affiliated MSO, PHO and IPA’s.
   
• Presented business plans, budgets, and operation reports to corporate executive management as the Executive Director for National Medical Enterprises, Inc, where he currently serves as tenet.
