• Developed and implemented a dedicated primary care delivery system building on the advanced medical home concept for a publicly traded Medicare HMO.
   
• Led the development of multiple de novo surgery centers and acquisitions of existing surgery centers for a private surgery center company.
   
• Served development, operations, and corporate services roles with PhyCor, a publicly traded physician practice management company.
   
• Founded Delta Healthcare, a premier ambulatory care management and consulting firm in Nashville, Tennessee.
