Marlene Jones has 30 years of leadership and staffing experience in the healthcare industry. In her role with PivotHealth, Jones’ primary focus is providing consultative guidance in identification of EMR solutions as well as proper planning, implementation and post implementation analysis. She also works on process improvement including patient access, patient scheduling, patient wait time, staff roles with skills validation, staff and physician workflow and efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Managed a highly successful implementation of the Allscripts Enterprise EMR in a 400+ provider medical group with nearly 2000 users. Led the Clinical Applications Steering Committee and Project Team.
   
• Successfully implemented the NextGen EMR in a 40+ provider group. Led the EMR Committee.
   
• Worked as Vice President of Client Services for digiChart, Inc., where she managed a $1.4 million budget developing a departmental team of 15 people to successfully implement and support their new OBGYN EMR in 37 practices.
   
• Served as Program/Account Manager with Phyve Corporation, where she served as clinical support to the operations, sales and technical teams and managed the AAPM outcomes initiative.
   
• As the Manager of Care Management for PhyCor, Inc., she developed condition-specific outcomes initiatives with physician councils, including data collection instruments, point of service data collection and aggregate web reports.
   
• Operated as the Director of Utilization Management with Humana Hospital Sebastian, where she oversaw all utilization management and social services activities for 200 bed inpatient facility.
