Victoria Menchaca has over 20 years of health care experience with hospitals, medical groups, imaging centers, health plans and integrated delivery systems. She specializes in compliance, business office operations, system development/implementation, third party payer regulations, and coding and documentation guidelines.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• As Senior Reimbursement Consultant with Reimbursement Specialist, a consulting firm based in Los Alamitos, California, Menchaca created and delivered seminars and workshops in the coding and reimbursement field to clients, hospitals, medical groups, and individual practices.
   
• Served as Consultant for The Camden Group, a healthcare consulting and management firm, where she managed engagements that included chart audits, compliance program, business office process reviews, analysis and cost reporting, and teaching HIPAA compliance and coding.
   
• Director of Client Services with FPA Medical Management, Inc. in Miami, Florida, where she provided coding and reimbursement services, developed and implemented training on procedure and diagnosis coding and CMS Documentation Guidelines, and managed a project to outsource entire billing process for 16 clinics.
   
• Reimbursement Consultant for PQRS, Inc., where she developed and implemented reimbursement tools to enhance reimbursement and ensure compliance and led coding and CMS Documentation Guidelines seminars.
