Toni Metherall has more than 25 years of experience in medical leadership, including several senior level positions. In her role with PivotHealth, Toni assists clients in improving practice operations and productivity using her extensive experience in working with employed physician groups in complex settings. She is passionate about making sure organizations work on the key issues that will have the greatest impact on quality and financial performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for a System-owned primary care medical group with more than 120 PCP physicians and 560 support staff, which included executive responsibility for all operations and financial performance. This included the development of the Group from start-up to maturity and produced exceedingly high levels of both patient and staff satisfaction.
   
• Initiated EMR transition for physicians using GE's Change Acceleration Process to complete project on schedule and within budget for 16 office locations.
   
• Developed physician leadership groups within practices for clinical decision-making and physician vesting in organizational quality initiatives.
   
• Provided regional physician consulting to a nationwide healthcare system for practice start-up, recruiting and physician integration strategies.
