Brad Moore possesses experience in auditing and financial management. As Corporate Controller, he is responsible for PivotHealth’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, its relationship with the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. Moore oversees general accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting and budgetary controls.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Served as Senior Auditor with HCA, Inc., in Nashville, Tennessee, where he performed financial and control audits and other specialized projects. Performed numerous Hospital and Surgery Center audits and planned and reported results.
   
• As an Audit Associate with KPMG, LLP, in Chicago, Illinois, he performed audits for clients, including the State of Illinois, several not-for-profit entities, a private college, a foundation and a benefit plan. Responsible for running an engagement, from the planning phase where key processes and related controls were identified, to managing paper review and report issuance.
   
• Served as Legislative Auditor with the State of Tennessee Division of State Audit, in Nashville, Tennessee, where he performed financial and compliance audits for State of Tennessee agencies, planned audit procedures and assessed control and inherent risk.
