RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Provided leadership as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for McKesson in San Francisco, Calif., where she managed the relationship between McKesson and the company’s largest institutional customer, HealthTrust Purchasing Group/Hospital Corporation of America (HPG). Neese created improved operations and enhanced profitability of HPG/HCA in conjunction with McKesson products and strategies.
   
• Served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Digineer in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she assisted in bringing physician decision support system to market, developed a web-based virtual staff offering with exit strategy focus for the second largest management company of military and inmate healthcare and developed cost/quality programs for a fully integrated medical delivery system.
   
• As Director/Vice President of Operations Support for Phycor, Inc., she developed and implemented proprietary systems and the leadership of physician practices and health systems across the country. Neese was responsible for operations and the implementation of numerous Phycor initiatives, including benchmarking and better practices, joint ventures with hospitals and physician education, and CME programs.
