Bert Newman has more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare management, including experience in home health care, home infusion therapy and medical practice management. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Co-founded and managed one of the original medical management companies, providing total business management for primary care, specialist, and multi-specialty groups. Services included practice formation, licensing/permitting, office management/procedures, insurance billing systems, MIS systems, and various fiduciary services including investments.
   
• Directed and managed the formation of several medical practices ranging from sole practitioners to multi-specialty groups, including medical laboratories and other related ancillary services.
   
• Founded, built and managed one of the first health delivery companies specializing in infusion therapy, pharmaceutical supervision and nursing services in an out-patient setting. This mode of therapy and its related system of delivery for various pharmacological prescriptions proved to be cost effective and provided measurable definitive health benefits.
