Faye Smith has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare management, facilities management and operations. In her role at PivotHealth, Smith is responsible for OSHA compliance, HIPAA compliance, Urgent Care, Ancillary services, Biomed and facility maintenance/management. She also oversees facility development and the acquisition of contractors/architects for each project including vendor selection/contracting and review of expenditures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Director of Business Operations and Director of Contracting and Development with Tennessee Urgent Care Associates. In this position, she was responsible for business procedures, purchasing and vendor contract negotiations, facility lease negotiation, renovation and new construction.
   
• Served separate terms as District Manager, Facility Director, Corporate Business Manager and Accounts Payables Manager for 20 urgent care and/occupational medicine practices for Baptist CentraCare Medical Centers.
