Dick Stevens possesses more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, including extensive capabilities in operational and financial management. Stevens has successfully directed facility expansion, department remodeling, patient flow improvement, physician productivity and charting procedures. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Served as Clinic Administrator with Dean Health Systems, where he achieved positive financial results by reducing staff to industry benchmarks, in conjunction with the use of CQI principles to improve systems and processes. Worked with medical directors and other physician leaders to address patient satisfaction, improved physician and staff work flows and local site planning.
   
• Provided guidance as Senior Consultant with Dean Solutions, where he conducted operational assessments of system owned medical groups. Created patient-centered scheduling systems that resulted in increased patient, physician, and staff satisfaction, and improved operational efficiency.
   
• As Practice Administrator with Preferred Physician Partners, he was responsible for the provision of management services, which included developing, implementing and monitoring the logistical, financial, and operational structure of a hospital-owned physician group. Improved net income by 22%, operating income increased by 27%, net revenue increased by 17% and operating loss per physician decreased by 27%.
