Jennifer Swindle has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In her role as Director Coding and Compliance Division, Swindle is responsible for physician and staff education of compliant coding and billing practices. She also performs chart auditing for physician services reported, based on documentation guidelines and provides audit training.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Served as Coding Services Manager with Arnett Clinic, LLC where she was in charge of overseeing coding processes and coding compliance guidelines for a physician base of nearly 150 physicians and 25 nurse practitioners.
   
• Credentials Coordinator with Arnett Health Plans, where she maintained and acquired credentialing information and preparation of required elements of nearly 450 healthcare providers.
   
• As Medical Record Supervisor with St. Elizabeth Medical Center, she oversaw and hired medical record staff involved in the release of information, abstracting, filing and assisting physicians with record completion.
