Develop overall senior market strategy and assist in recruiting distribution to sell proprietary Pivot Health products. Train agents and internal sales team on Pivot Health’s pre-Medicare and Medicare products through webinars and live trainings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners by identifying service needs and educating on product features and enhancements. Provide insight to senior management on the senior market and offer solutions to improve Pivot’s position in the industry. Keep principals and agents informed of Pivot company, product, and technology developments, and determine enhancements to the agency experience with Pivot. Refer potential agency partners to the Recruitment Team. Work with little supervision, using independent judgment and discretion.
