Job Summary

Manage day-to-day relationships with eCommerce partners and prospect new distribution relationships.  Promote new product launches and communicate any process changes to third- party partners. Serve as a liaison between partners and key internal technology stakeholders to ensure optimal integration experience and ongoing developments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and assist in contracting and implementing new eCommerce partners.
  • Long-term management of existing eCommerce relationships, including conducting in depth business reviews and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and grow the business.
  • Serve as liaison between internal Technology and Operations departments and third-party partners.
  • Resolve complaints and issues related to technology, enrollment, billing, commission payments, etc. and report concerns to the Operations Team for attention.
  • Manage eCommerce sponsorship programs.
  • Strategically position Pivot Health products favorably against other carriers by understanding Pivot offerings and how they compare with competitor products.
  • Provide feedback to Management on market trends as reported by eCommerce partners.
  • Travel to trade shows, partner sites, company meetings, and industry conference events as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated sales success.
  • 2+ years of eCommerce experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on deductive reasoning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters.
  • Team player, with ability to work independently.
  • Advanced organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities with excellent documentation and follow up skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Hiring Preferences

  • 2+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry legal guidelines and established regulations.
  • Active Health Insurance License.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of work hours.
